Harlequin recommends that all porous pots and planters are painted inside using Harlequin’s Pot Liner.
This is to stop moisture from being absorbed into your pot from the inside when watering your plant, as this could potentially damage your pot paint coating. See packaging for directions.
Not necessary for plastic pots.
This is a perfect companion for Harlequin’s Gardeners Pot Paint.
