Why Does It Say “No Shipping Available” or Cant proceed At Checkout|Basket?

There are a few potential reasons for this:

1. You filled in your postal/zip code incorrectly. If you live within our delivery zone you can ignore this message and proceed with payment.
2. Your shipping address is unfortunately situated outside of our delivery zone. Please do not proceed with payment.
3. If you are based In Hout Bay and say “No Shipping Available”, please Fill in 7872.
4. If you are based outside of our delivery zone and say “No Shipping Available”(Courier orders). please note Gas/Construction/Compost/Kamado Jan/Braais/Pool sand or salt/Wheelbarrows/Firewood & Charcoal and Kwikot Geysers/dangerous goods/hazardous goods (e.g. aerosol cans, flammable items, toxic, gases, etc.) paint and liquids cannot be delivered. Or unfortunately, the weight has been exceeded. NB: Orders that exceed over 25kg will not be shipped,  Thank you.

6. If the “Add to the basket” is greyed out with a Red Circle with a line, please complete the prompts (for example, the Gas product page has two prompts, size, and which empty you have, once you completed both prompts, you can proceed)
7. Please note that Philippi Sand/Stone 1m3  cannot be delivered to the following areas, (7925, 8060, 8051, 8001, 8005, 8040, 8000, and 8002)  unfortunately, due to space constraints, we cannot offer bulk sand and stone in Gardens and Cape Town City
