How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If we have the item in stock you will receive your order within 2-3 business days. For backorders, we endeavour to have the order in your hands within 1 week, although this time frame may be shorter/longer depending on the item’s origin. This will all be communicated but if you need an accurate delivery date it’s best to contact us beforehand to ensure you are not disappointed.

Why Does It Say “No Shipping Available” At Checkout|Basket?

There are a few potential reasons for this:

  1. You filled in your postal/zip code incorrectly. If you live within our delivery zone you can ignore this message and proceed with a payment.
  2. Your shipping address is unfortunately situated outside of our delivery zone. Please do not proceed with payment.
  3. If you are based In Hout Bay and say “No Shipping Available”, please Fill in 7872.
  4. If you are based outside of our delivery zone say “No Shipping Available”(Courier orders). please note Gas/Construction/Compost/Kamado Jan/Braais/Pool sand or salt/Wheelbarrows/Firewood & Charcoal and Kwikot Geysers/dangerous goods/hazardous goods (e.g. aerosol cans, flammable items, toxic, gases, etc.) paint and liquids cannot be delivered. Or unfortunately, the weight has been exceeded. NB: Orders that exceed over 25kg will not be shipped,  Thank you.

Yes, we do. We make use of a courier service, The Courier Guy. If you would like one of our products shipped nationally, please email us and we will do our best to assist you. Alternatively, you can place an order online.

What’s the Delivery Fee?

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight:

  • 1–5kg – R180 (Economy Road – ECO)

  • 6–10kg – R360 (Economy Road – ECO)

  • 11–25kg – R540 (Economy Road – ECO)

Note: Items exceeding 25kg cannot be shipped.

Please allow 3–5 business days after your package has been dispatched from our store.

Please note, the following items cannot be shipped via courier:

  • Gas
