Description

 

Bostik Glu GO is a viscous hydrocarbon-based adhesive remover formulated for the fast, and easy removal of sticky, gummy adhesive residue from non-porous surfaces and some fabrics. The gel formula is non-drip and holds to surfaces allowing it to penetrate the adhesive residue. Bostik Glu GO acts by softening the adhesive residue allowing for its easy removal. Effective on a wide variety of adhesive and sealant technologies, including solvent-based and urethane adhesives. A very handy product to use in your home, office or car!

Removes

  • Sticky labels, plasters, decals, tapes, double-sided tapes. A wide variety of adhesives and putties such as Prestik, wax and chewing gum.
  • Contact Adhesive, bitumen, grease, tar and asphalt from non-porous surfaces. Correction fluid from some fabrics and surfaces.
  • Hardened mastics and other adhesives that remain after old floor coverings such as carpet and linoleum have been removed.

*Suitable For

Vertical surfaces, glass, painted walls and surfaces, metal, tiles, plastic, some fabrics & laminated woods.

*We recommend testing a small inconspicuous area prior to application to ensure the surface is unaffected. May affect colour in certain fabrics. Test for colour fastness before using. Not suitable as a hand cleaner, skin contact should be avoided as it dries out the skin. Not suitable for porous surfaces i.e. unsealed natural stone since this may wash the residue deeper into the pores. Not suitable as a paint stripper. ”

Why Does It Say “No Shipping Available” At Checkout?

There are a few potential reasons for this:

  1. You filled in your postal/zip code incorrectly.
  2. Your shipping address is unfortunately situated outside of our free delivery zone. Please do not proceed with payment.
  3. If you are based In Hout Bay and say “No Shipping Available”, please Fill in 7872 instead of 7806
  4. If you are based outside of our free delivery zone say “No Shipping Available”(Courier orders). please note Gas/Construction/Compost/Kamado Jan/Braais/Pool sand or salt/Wheelbarrows/Firewood & Charcoal and Kwikot Geysers/dangerous goods/hazardous goods (e.g. aerosol cans, flammable items, toxic, gases, etc.) paint and liquids cannot be delivered. How Often Are Online Stock Levels Updated?

At least twice a week. Unlike many online stores, Jack Hammer’s is ultimately two functioning hardware stores and therefore stock levels are changing every day. We do our best to give an accurate representation of live stock levels.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Credit/cheque cards, instant EFT and Masterpass are all processed instantly through PayFast. We also accept Direct Bank Transfers but will only deliver products once this payment reflects in our account.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

If you select PayFast as your preferred method of payment you will automatically be directed to their extremely secure server and the transaction takes place there. If you are uncertain please see their Security and Fraud Prevention page.

Orders and Returns

How Do I Place An Order?

Simply add your selected products to your Shopping Cart and once you’re finished shopping proceed to Checkout. At the checkout you must select your preferred method of payment and once completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

No. You may place an order as a guest. We do recommend creating an Account to make the checkout easier as it will autofill your address and keep track of your past orders. We will not spam you with any annoying newsletters.

Since we operate two separate shops it becomes tricky to know which branch to contact.
